ComForCare North Simcoe provides private, non-medical services to support older adults and other home bound adults avialable 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Services include:

Personal care; bathing, grooming and dressing

Companionship; friendly visiting and meaningful engagement: cards, puzzles, listening to music

Meal planning, prep and grocery shopping

Light housekeeping

Laundry

Medication reminders and safety supervision

Transportation and accompaniment to appointments, errands and engagements

Transition care from hosptial to home

We work closely with families and clients to build an individualized care plan to meet the unique needs of those we care for.
